  • Residency Program

    We teach stylists how to build a sustainable business in 12 months.

    They leave the program with the foundational knowledge to launch their own salon or suite, the business relationships they built, and a clientele to sustain their start up.

  • Education

    Beyond our #ROCgiveback, we donate our time to the students in Cosmetology Schools.

    From free classes for the community to our Residency program, we teach hundreds of students a year business + techniques.
